Order Processing & Delivery Times
Under normal circumstances, your order is processed immediately and shipped the following working day.
At the moment, due to the high volume of orders during our closure sale, both processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. Processing may require an additional 1 to 3 working days, and current delivery times range between 5 and 12 working days.
We appreciate your patience. Our team works hard to ensure every order is carefully prepared with the attention it deserves.

Shipping Address
Accuracy of the shipping address
It is essential to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Changes to the shipping address
If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@carridendublin.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Possible Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive to ensure fast delivery, any delay will be handled with the utmost priority.
Rest assured, we are always working to minimise any inconvenience.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically and often shipped immediately after confirmation.
For this reason, cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been processed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@carridendublin.com with your order number.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still return the item within 30 days of delivery according to our return policy.

Home Delivery Refused / Undeliverable Post Office
If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is refused at the door or not collected from the post office within the stated time, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In such cases, we are entitled to deduct €15 from the refund amount to cover return handling costs.
Note: The costs of returning your items are at your own expense.
