Important: please read our returns policy carefully before proceeding. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made.

 


RETURNS

Timeframe

You have 14 days to return your order.

We want you to feel completely at ease when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a clear 14-day return policy on all items.

Conditions

  • The product may have been used but must be returned in good visual and functional condition.
  • All accessories, manuals and original packaging must be included with the return.
  • If your item came with a free gift, this must also be returned.
  • If the item shows clear damage, excessive wear or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny a full or partial refund.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please email us at support@carridendublin.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return request
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective
  • Your full name
  • Your complete address

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the return address.

Size Variations

Please note that, on rare occasions, the size indicated on the garment’s label may differ slightly from the size you ordered. This can occur due to changes in manufacturing from our suppliers. Rest assured, the actual fit will match the product description and sizing guide provided, and you can continue to enjoy your purchase with confidence.

 


 

Returned Shipments Due to Delivery Failure or Refusal

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect the parcel from the postal service, the following policies apply.

Replacement for Returned Parcels

If you would still like to receive your order, we’re happy to resend it. A 30% payment of the original purchase price is required to cover reshipment and handling costs.

Please contact us to confirm your updated shipping details.

Refund for Unclaimed Orders

If you choose not to have your parcel reshipped, a refund will be issued with a €15 deduction to cover shipping and handling fees.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and verified in good condition. It may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

 


REFUNDS

Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund delays

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please first check your bank statement.
If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at support@carridendublin.com.

Returns involving duplicate or variant items

If you purchase two variations of the same product (for example, the same item in two different sizes or colours), and later decide to return one of them, your refund will always correspond to the item with the lowest paid price — regardless of which one you return.

This applies in situations where:

  • Two identical items are ordered (same size & colour)
  • Two variations are ordered (same product, different size or colour)

To help cover processing, restocking and international return verification, an extra €9.95 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for these types of returns. This small contribution supports our efforts to reduce unnecessary transport and packaging waste, making our operations more environmentally conscious.

This policy ensures a fair and transparent application of promotional offers, while also discouraging misuse of post-purchase discounts.

We encourage customers to consult our detailed size guide before purchasing to reduce the need for returns.

Returns after accepting a replacement

If you request to return an item and we offer you a replacement, the following conditions apply once you accept the replacement:

  • The replacement is considered final sale and cannot be returned unless it arrives defective.
  • If you still wish to return the original item after accepting the replacement, you must do so within your legal return period, and the following conditions apply:
    • You are responsible for the full cost of return shipping
    • A €14.95 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover duplicate processing and administration
    • If both the original and replacement are returned, only the original item will be refunded, and the handling fee still applies

This policy helps us maintain fair and efficient processing while limiting unnecessary return traffic and protecting the sustainability of our operations.

 


COSTS

Return shipping costs

All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia.
Shipping costs typically start from around €20 and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

 


EXCEPTIONS

Defective or incorrect products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a free replacement.
If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated fulfilment system.

Lost or missing parcels

In the rare case that your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we do not issue refunds of the original purchase price. Instead, we will send you a free replacement of the same product.

 


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Note
Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you are welcome to exercise your right of withdrawal once the item has been delivered.

To initiate a return under your right of withdrawal, please email us at support@carridendublin.com with a clear statement. Refunds will be processed once the item is received in good condition.

 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON SHIPPING TIMES

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until the item has been delivered.

To help us process your return quickly, we encourage you to send us confirmation of shipment once you have returned the product.
