What is the delivery time for my order?

Under normal circumstances, your order is processed immediately and shipped the following working day.

At the moment, due to a high volume of orders during our closure sale, both processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual. Preparing your parcel may take an extra 1 to 3 working days, and current delivery times range between 5 and 12 working days, excluding public holidays.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Every order is packed with care by our small team, and we are doing everything we can to ensure your items arrive safely and without unnecessary delay.

 


What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to a high volume of orders, your package may occasionally experience a slight delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

If this period has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us at support@carridendublin.com.
We will promptly check the status of your order and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

 


How can I return or exchange my order?

If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service team at support@carridendublin.com.
Make sure to include your name, your order number (for example, #0000) and the reason for your return.

We will provide you with the return address and confirm the procedure. You can then send the item using the courier of your choice.

 


What are the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Fees vary depending on the courier service you choose.
We recommend checking the courier’s website for accurate pricing.

 


What are the return conditions?

We offer a 14-day return period starting from the date you receive your item. You are free to try the product during this time.

We accept returns even if the product has been used, as long as it is returned in good visual and functional condition, with all original accessories and packaging included.

If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned along with the product.

Items showing clear signs of damage, excessive wear or missing parts may not be eligible for a full or partial refund.

What if I receive the wrong size?
Occasionally, due to factory updates, the size on the label may differ from the size you ordered. This doesn’t affect the fit, so there’s no need to worry – your item will still match the size you selected at checkout.

We will assist you promptly and resolve the issue.

 


Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed automatically and often shipped immediately after confirmation.
For this reason, cancellation is not possible once your order has been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@carridendublin.com as soon as possible.
Include your name and order number (for example, #0000). If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it in time.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still return the product within 14 days of delivery.
